1. Age of Consent

By purchasing products from Silk and Peaches you declare that you are 18 years of age or above. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Silk and Peaches is not obliged to accept your order.

2. Contract Formation

Orders made through Silk and Peaches are subject to acceptance and availability. Silk and Peaches may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will officially exist between yourself and Silk and Peaches until your parcel has been despatched. Silk and Peaches provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

3. Data Protection

Silk and Peaches is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

4. Privacy Policy

We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services; it is never sold or passed on without consent. Our site offers a subscription method where you will receive our newsletter and special offers. You may at any time unsubscribe by emailing us your request to info@silkandpeaches.co.za. We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.

5. Delivery

For all deliveries via courier, the courier is responsible for delivering the package on time. Certain circumstances can arise where the courier is unable to deliver on time due to weather, remoteness of location, etc. All efforts will be made by Silk and Peaches to ensure that packages arrive on time as ordered, but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

In the event where an in-stock item is sold out during your checkout process by another party, a pre-order will be processed at our discretion. Please note that limited stock is kept on hand and additional wait time will apply. Average wait time for pre-orders is 2–3 weeks. If you have ordered more than one item where some are in stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery once all items have been received. Should you require the pre-ordered items to be delivered separately, an additional delivery fee will apply and is payable upfront.

6. Discount Offers, Coupons & Voucher Codes

Silk and Peaches has the right to end offers at any time. In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes/coupons they should use the code for the greater amount, as discount offers, coupons and voucher codes cannot be added together.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be allowed due to hygienic reasons. No exceptions will be made in this instance. All products go through a rigorous checking stage to ensure the quality of each item before it is shipped out. If you are not satisfied with your order, please make contact with Silk and Peaches within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing pictures and describing your discrepancy to orders@silkandpeaches.co.za. Your query will be assessed and investigated within a reasonable timeframe, whereafter feedback of the outcome will be given to the customer.

8. Pre-Orders

Silk & Peaches offers a pre-order service in the event of an item or size being out of stock. Payment is required upfront. Average waiting time is 2–3 weeks, subject to availability of stock, import protocols and delivery services. Silk & Peaches takes no responsibility for delays that are out of our control including but not limited to product unavailability, a pandemic, lockdown, acts of war, other import delays, etc. Should your order take longer than 30 days and you do not want the product/s any longer, we will supply you with a full refund via the payment portal or credit/voucher equivalent to the same amount of the purchased product to our online shop.

9. Reviews & Defamation

All reviews given on any platform mentioning Silk & Peaches (Pty) Ltd must be true and accurate. Negative reviews given by any person who is not a paying customer of Silk and Peaches might be liable for losses that the company suffered from, as a result of said review. Persons who post or publish any defamatory content may be lawfully charged and will be liable for any costs and or losses suffered from the defamation and processes taken, including but not limited to legal costs and proceedings, loss of revenue, etc.

10. Disclaimer

All goods sold through this site are sold as "novelty goods". The pleasure lingerie range is specifically designed for short-term wear and should not completely replace normal underwear. Silk and Peaches cannot be held responsible for any injury or medical condition caused by improper use or abuse thereof. Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website, including but not limited to screen brightness, camera filter, image edits or model nipple covers, etc. Silk and Peaches cannot be held responsible for errors or interruptions on the website.

Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way without the permission of Silk and Peaches.

12. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
